COURTPILOT QUESTIONS
Questions about CourtPilot
From Playtomic and player messages to group events and the roadmap. Find out what CourtPilot can do for your padel club.
CourtPilot & Playtomic
We already use Playtomic. What does CourtPilot add?
Playtomic stays your court booking system. CourtPilot uses your booking data to follow up with players and show you what is happening in your padel club. It also covers the group event journey: from enquiry to quote, booking and team handover.
Are these three separate products?
No. CourtPilot is one offer for your padel club, with player follow-up, event bookings and club insights. All three are included in your subscription; there are no separate modules to choose.
Can we use CourtPilot across multiple locations?
Yes. We discuss your organisation and locations during the demo. The standard per-location price applies to comparable configurations. Additional integrations or different processes are scoped separately.
Players & communication
Do we stay in control of the messages?
Yes. You choose which automations to activate and the messages that fit your padel club. For example, a welcome after a first booking, a follow-up email or a message to players who have not booked for a while.
Who do the player emails come from?
Messages use your padel club’s name and branding. During setup, we configure the sender and reply address and verify the agreed sending domain.
Can players unsubscribe?
Yes. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. CourtPilot respects saved communication preferences when sending messages.
Can we also send WhatsApp messages?
Automated player follow-up currently uses email. A WhatsApp integration is a possible addition we are exploring based on what clubs need. There is no availability date yet. Tell us during the demo how you would want to use it.
Group events
Can we keep personal contact for event enquiries?
Yes. Guests can request a callback. Your team can also configure an event during a conversation and contact the guest after sending a quote. Personal advice stays personal, while the routine steps are followed up.
Will event enquiries fit our packages?
During implementation, we configure the agreed packages and event process for your padel club. A different workflow or an extra integration is reviewed separately in your proposal.
Setup & subscription
How quickly can we get started?
Standard implementation for one location takes a maximum of 14 days once all required information and access are complete. We confirm the scope and timing before starting.
Do we start with a trial or a demo?
You start with a demo. You then receive a proposal for paid implementation and your subscription. We discuss what your padel club needs before setup begins.
How many messages can we send?
Usage limits and service arrangements are set out in your proposal. We agree them around your padel club; the subscription does not promise unlimited email or AI usage.
What are the subscription and cancellation terms?
You can choose monthly or annual billing. The term, renewal and cancellation arrangements are set out in your proposal so you can review them before agreeing.
Insights & roadmap
Which insights can we see today?
You can view court occupancy, booking heatmaps, revenue and player activity. Filters for location, court and period help you see where your padel club is busy or quiet.
Can we ask ChatGPT or Claude questions about our club data?
This is on the roadmap as “Talk to your club”. The idea is a question about your own club data, a direct answer and possibly a chart. It is not available yet and there is no announced release date.
Does CourtPilot already make automatic AI recommendations?
You can currently explore your club data in dashboards. Automatic AI recommendations are on the roadmap. We show the current functionality during your demo.
